The Hook

While working at StudioLR we created the ‘Own It’ campaign for ESPC. They aren’t your average property bods, ESPC been in the Scottish property market for over 50 years and teamed up with 120 member firms. But more than just listings, they’re here to demystify the whole home-buying shebang with friendly advice, local data, and a little help from some seasoned pros.

The team at ESPC had their eye on First-time buyers. They’ve got bags of long-term value, not everyone knows the ESPC name yet, but most importantly they could seriously benefit from ESPC’s know-how. The mission became obvious: cut through the noise with a brand campaign that feels fresh, friendly and bursting with confidence.


 
 

The Line

Working with the team at StudioLR we created a campaign that makes first-time buyers feel confident, and positioned ESPC as a partner, not just another property portal.

I worked across every element of the campaign, including the concept, taking the photos myself, location scouting, retouching, art working and much more.

We rolled it out as a fully integrated campaign across social, display, buses, train stations, radio, Spotify, billboards. Even takeaway coffee cups in local cafés!


 
 

The Sinker

It’s still early days, but our clients at ESPC loved the campaign, and are already thinking about how they can expand and build on it in the future.
