Taking a government advice agency and giving it some BEANS!

 

The Hook

NHS Healthy Working Lives (now Public Health Scotland) is the place to go for employers in Scotland looking for workplace health, safety, and wellbeing information. By providing businesses with free practical advice and guidance, they help owners improve the health safety, and wellbeing of their workforce, creating more motivated and productive workplaces. They asked me and Jamie Venters, when I was working at Union Direct, to evolve their brand and raise awareness of the existence and benefits of their website to business owners.

The Line

Re-illustrated the bean characters so that they may be easily be animated, inject them with personality, and make them echo the HWL logo more. Then create an extensive library of characters that may be flexibly used in the future.

The Sinker

A series of quirky and memorable digital ads, and a standout campaign that absolutely smashed it! 35% over the target on Facebook and Instagram, 880,000 total views, and 18,000 new users to the website.
